Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and support the execution of STP/ETP/UV/RO projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between teams, timely execution, and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the complete project lifecycle for STP/ETP/UV/RO systems
- Prepare project layouts, equipment layouts, and basic technical documentation
- Liaise with internal departments such as Projects, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts for smooth project execution
- Supervise and monitor site work as per project timelines and schedules
- Ensure timely processing and follow-up of client and vendor payments
- Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and user manuals for completed projects
- Raise and track vendor service tickets for equipment issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
Key Skills Required:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Basic technical understanding of water/wastewater treatment systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills
Pay: ₹10,911.27 - ₹35,000.00 per month
