Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals aligned with client needs.
- Deliver compelling business presentations and product demos.
- * Maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM/tools.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential target segments.
- Participate in networking events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives when required.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in presenting to clients and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and business processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM exposure is a plus.
