About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Conference Producer to lead the end-to-end content development and speaker management for our conferences and exhibitions. This role is critical in shaping high-impact, commercially successful events by curating relevant topics, engaging industry leaders, and delivering exceptional delegate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conference Concept & Agenda Development
Research industry trends, identify key themes, and design compelling conference agendas aligned with business goals.
- Speaker Identification & Acquisition
Source, engage, and onboard high-profile speakers, industry experts, and thought leaders.
- Content Curation & Management
Develop session formats (keynotes, panels, fireside chats), and work closely with speakers to refine content.
- Market & Competitor Research
Analyze industry developments, audience needs, and competitor events to ensure differentiation and relevance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to align content with sponsorship and delegate acquisition goals.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth on-ground delivery of conference sessions.
- Speaker & Delegate Experience
Ensure a high-quality experience for speakers and attendees through seamless communication and content delivery.
Support revenue generation by creating content that attracts sponsors and delegates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in conference production, content development, or event production
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proven experience in speaker acquisition and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong understanding of B2B events, conferences, or exhibitions
- High attention to detail and execution excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel, media, or exhibitions industry
- Strong network of industry professionals and speakers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
