Experience: 1–3 Years Job Overview We are hiring a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills with a passion for helping students achieve their career goals. Key Responsibilities - Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. - Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up on leads. - Convert inquiries into successful admissions. - Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs. - Maintain lead and admission records in the CRM. - Achieve monthly admission targets. - Conduct counseling sessions (online and offline). - Coordinate with academic and admissions teams for a smooth enrollment process. - Build strong relationships with students and parents. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred). - 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Inside Sales, Education Counseling, or EdTech. - Excellent English communication skills. - Strong counseling, convincing, and negotiation skills. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. - Target-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
