Questa Path Labs is looking for an experienced and motivated TPA Manager to join our team in Bhopal.
Position: TPA Manager
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage TPA and insurance-related processes
* Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals and corporate clients
* Handle cashless/pre-authorization and claim-related documentation
* Follow up on pending approvals, claims and payments
* Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of documents
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with TPA/insurance partners
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in TPA/Insurance/Hospital/Diagnostic industry preferred
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Strong documentation and claim-handling skills
* Target-oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
