Job Summary
Current Electro Mech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Executive – Sales & CRM to manage customer relationships, generate business leads, coordinate sales activities, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
2. Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
3. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
4. Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth project execution.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
6. Track sales pipeline and conversion status.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
8. Support customer retention and repeat business activities.
Requirements
✔ Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
✔ Experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, CRM, or Sales Coordination.
✔ Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email Communication, and Google Sheets.
✔ Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
