Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Store Manager who will take ownership of end-to-end outlet operations. This role goes beyond traditional store management-it combines operations, team management, customer engagement, and administrative oversight. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable managing staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and interacting with customers to build awareness about açaí as a product.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations & Management
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and service
- Handle opening and closing procedures
2. Team Management
- Supervise and manage staff schedules and productivity
- Address staff concerns, conflicts, and performance issues
- Train team members on SOPs, service standards, and product knowledge
3. Customer Experience & Education
- Interact with customers and introduce them to açaí and the brand
- Ensure a high-quality, engaging in-store experience
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
4. Inventory & Procurement
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and wastage control
- Coordinate procurement of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain accurate stock records
5. Administration & Reporting
- Track daily sales, expenses, and basic MIS reporting
- Coordinate with the director on business performance and improvements
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines
6. Maintenance & Upkeep
- Oversee general maintenance of equipment and store infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and servicing
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good communication skills; comfortable engaging with customers
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Willing to be hands-on and involved in daily operations
- Interest in health-focused food concepts is a plus

Someone who can take ownership of the outlet like it’s their own, balancing operations, people, and customer experience, while helping build and grow a new category in the Indian market.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
