- Visit MSME clients and engage with stakeholders & department heads (HODs)
- Understand end-to-end business processes, workflows, and pain points
- Gather and document detailed business requirements & use cases
- Translate business needs into ERP functional requirements
- Work closely with the internal tech team for ERP development & customization
- Support ERP implementation and configuration
- Conduct product demos and client presentations
- Train client teams on ERP usage and best practices
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the ERP system
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients during and post implementation

Preferred Background
- 3–4 years of experience in:
- ERP Implementation / Business Analysis / Consulting
- SaaS-based product roles
- Operations or process consulting
- Exposure to MSME businesses is a strong plus
- Educational background in Business / IT / Engineering preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
