- Eligibility: Currently TL or AM on papers
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in current role
- Requirement: International MNC P&C experience mandatory
- Team Handling: Proven experience in managing teams
Deputy Manager
- Budget: Up to ₹16 LPA
- Eligibility: Currently AM or DM on papers
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in current role
- Requirement: International MNC P&C experience mandatory
- Leadership: Strong people management exposure
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)
- Lead high-performance teams in a fast-paced operations environment.
- Manage attrition and shrinkage effectively to ensure workforce stability.
- Own SLA calculations, adherence, and operational metric performance.
- Drive productivity and quality management initiatives.
- Ensure seamless communication with global stakeholders.
- Work in US shifts from Gallagher’s Bangalore office.
Key Requirements
- Excellent spoken & written English communication skills.
- Strong background in attrition management and shrinkage control.
- Proven expertise in SLA adherence and operational metrics ownership.
- Demonstrated success in productivity and quality management.
- Experience in leading and motivating large teams.
- Mandatory exposure to international MNC P&C operations.
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
