Position Overview
BTH Laboratories Pvt Ltd, a leading multi-disciplinary testing laboratory based in Bengaluru, is seeking a proactive and driven Marketing & Sales Officer to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence. With expertise spanning pharmaceutical, ayurvedic, food & chemical, environmental, microbiological, physical & mechanical testing, and shelf-life/stability studies, we require a candidate who can effectively communicate our capabilities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, ayurvedic, cosmetics, and environmental sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, research institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through strategic outreach.
- Marketing & Branding
- Promote BTH Laboratories’ services through digital campaigns, trade shows, seminars, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with management to design marketing strategies and promotional materials.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation for scientific integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Client Engagement
- Understand client requirements and align laboratory services to meet their needs.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service delivery.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making and service expansion.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
