Sales Executive with proven residential property sales experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Call, qualify, and follow up with leads consistently
- Schedule and conduct site visits
- Present property details and recommend suitable unit based on buyer needs
- Negotiate and drive bookings to closure
- Follow up on buyer payment milestones
- Maintain daily call logs and pipeline reports
- Participate in weekend sales drives and property expos
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of residential real estate sales experience in Hyderabad
- Familiarity with Hyderabad micro-markets, preferably Nizampet / Manikonda / west corridor
- Strong communication in Telugu and Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable
- Any graduate
Compensation:
- Fixed CTC: ₹3,60,000 per annum
- Performance incentive on every confirmed sale closure
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
