About the Role
This role will primarily focus on Presales for our Services business, supporting custom software development and digital engineering opportunities, with high visibility and ownership across strategic client engagements.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
Own end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, solution documents, SoW, and commercial submissions.
Collaborate with technical, UI/UX, and delivery teams to define solution approach, effort estimates, timelines, and project scope.
Conduct requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and solution discussions with client stakeholders.
Prepare and present POCs, demos, wireframes, and solution presentations during the sales lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and value-added solutions.
Create and maintain key project documentation such as BRD, SRS, use cases, and functional specifications.
Coordinate with delivery teams for successful execution, project handover, and change management.
Manage multiple opportunities/projects simultaneously while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills Required
8+ years in Presales within IT Services companies
Strong experience in proposal management, solutioning, estimation, and stakeholder management.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
