Production Lead to manage day-to-day operations at our food processing unit. The candidate will be responsible for batch production, SOP implementation, recipe standardization, production planning, team supervision, and maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food production and batch processing.
- Implement SOPs, recipe cards, and batch records.
- Train and supervise production staff.
- Monitor production output, yield, and wastage.
- Coordinate raw material planning and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in food manufacturing/processing.
- Hands-on experience in batch production and SOP-driven operations.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI.
- Good team management and communication skills (Hindi/English; Telugu preferred).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
