Job Summary:
Ecubix is looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Front Office Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, couriers, and front desk inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry procedures.
- Handle reception area management and ensure cleanliness and organization.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in meeting arrangements.
- Support travel bookings, courier management, and office coordination activities.
- Maintain office records, documents, and stationery inventory.
- Assist HR/Admin team with onboarding formalities and employee coordination.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
- Provide timely support for day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure professional communication and hospitality standards are maintained.
Office Assistance:
- Monitor pantry, housekeeping, and office maintenance requirements.
- Support event coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional etiquette.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle calls and visitors professionally.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Diploma/Certification in Administration or Hospitality will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
