1. Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee upkeep of the physical plant, including building maintenance, ventilation, lighting, and power supply.
- Manage common areas such as cafeterias, restrooms, and parking lots.
- Coordinate security personnel, gate passes, and access controls for employees and visitors.
2. Statutory Compliance & Legal
- Ensure the facility adheres to local labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety codes.
- Manage factory licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Facilitate routine safety and fire audits.
3. Supply Chain & Vendor Management
- Negotiate contracts with external service providers (e.g., housekeeping, catering, security, and waste disposal).
- Monitor and manage the inventory of facility supplies, spare parts, and office stationery.
4. Human Resources Support & Personnel Administration
- Assist the HR department with onboarding, orientation, and training for new factory floor staff.
- Maintain employee attendance records, shift schedules, and leave logs.
- Address worker grievances and resolve administrative disputes.
5. Budgeting & Workflow Optimization
- Develop and manage the administrative budget for the factory.
- Implement and streamline operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare routine performance reports for senior plant management.
