Job Position: Accounts Executive
Job Location: Sai Aishwarya Layout, Khajaguda, Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accurately record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP, ensuring precision and adherence to company policies.
2. Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records, including purchase and sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
3. Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
4. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST and TDS statements in compliance with statutory deadlines.
5. Prepare E-way bills and E-invoices for material transportation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
6. Generate basic financial reports using Tally ERP to support the analysis of the company’s financial performance.
7. Enter financial data into Tally ERP and maintain proper documentation for audit and reference purposes.
8. Organize and securely file financial documents in accordance with company procedures.
9. Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements to provide insights into financial health.
10. Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws and regulations, supporting the organization’s adherence to legal standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Tally ERP for day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
· Basic understanding of Indian accounting principles and tax regulations.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
· Good organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
