Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to craft visuals that help our clients tell their stories and achieve their marketing goals. In this role, you’ll focus on creating designs for client campaigns across digital and print platforms, with occasional contributions to Unbundl’s own social media channels. You’ll have the opportunity to explore and apply AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality, on-brand solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals for client campaigns, including social media creatives, ads, banners, etc that align with their brand voice and objectives.
- Work closely with marketing strategists,performance marketers and designers to understand client objectives and deliver high-quality designs.
- Follow brand guidelines while bringing creativity and innovation to campaign visuals.
- Integrate AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, and others into the design process to boost creativity, streamline workflows, and enhance output.
- Manage multiple projects, allocate tasks to interns, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a collaborative and creative environment.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging tools, and new techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas to client projects.
Qualifications
- Students from design institutes like NIFT, Pearl Academy, etc. are encouraged to apply.
- 6 months – 1 year of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.
- Immediate availability to join and work from our Kirti Nagar office
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator Required; After Effects & Premiere Pro a plus).
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar) and a willingness to explore new technologies to enhance creative workflows.
- A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and passion for delivering measurable results.
