We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from identifying potential candidates to interviewing and hiring qualified individuals. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles for various roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and applications meticulously to identify candidates who meet the essential qualifications and experience criteria.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with other HR team members.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in recruitment, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future openings.
