Al Burj Builders & Developers is looking for a creative and passionate Interior Designer to join our team for our new office at Capkon Center, Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior concepts, preparing design presentations, and collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts and space planning solutions
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and design presentations
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients
- Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, and timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or other design software
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates based in or near Calicut are preferred
