We are in urgent requirement of 'HR Executive’ (Payroll) for our retail chain stores at 'Planet Health'.

Planet Health presently operates a chain of 42 stores across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Anand, Surat and Vadodara in Gujarat and in Mumbai Maharashtra.
Roles and Responsibility
· Overall responsibility for payroll processing.
· Manage certain time bound process and ensure validation or verification of data to be accurate and truthful.
· Implement, maintain and review payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes and other deductions.
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and changes to pay rates.
· Gather information on hours worked for each employee
· Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deduction, bonuses, allowances etc. with assistant of a computer system.
· Take approvals from top management for payments when needed.
· Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks.
· Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.
· Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefits rates etc.
· Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.
· Prepare reports for top management and finance department as and when required.
· Registering ESIC of employee, Attendance and leave monitoring of employees.
