- Oversee construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Manage site operations, including labour control, material management, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction supervision).
- Strong knowledge of civil works, construction supervision, labor control, site management, site operations, and site supervision.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
