Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1+ years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, branding, typography, layout, and digital content creation.
You will work on a variety of projects for international clients, including brand identities, logos, social media creatives, marketing materials, packaging, website graphics, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print applications.
- Design logos, brand identities, brand guidelines, and supporting visual assets.
- Create social media posts, advertisements, banners, promotional graphics, and campaign creatives.
- Design brochures, flyers, labels, packaging, and other marketing materials.
- Create graphics and visual assets for websites, landing pages, and eCommerce platforms.
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create wireframes, layouts, mockups, and visual presentations when required.
- Collaborate with the web design and development team to ensure visual consistency across digital platforms.
- Create short-form video graphics, reels, and promotional content when required.
- Prepare final artwork and source files according to project specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with branding and logo design.
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of print design and basic packaging design.
- Basic understanding of web and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
