We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Service Executive cum Sales Officer for Scientific Laboratory Instruments. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and calibration support of laboratory instruments at customer sites. In addition, the candidate will also support sales and business development activities for laboratory equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of scientific laboratory instruments at customer sites.
- Preventive maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment.
- Attending breakdown/service calls and troubleshooting.
- Providing technical support and demonstration to customers.
- Preparing service reports and coordinating with office team.
- Visiting customers for sales promotion and generating enquiries.
- Follow-up for quotations, orders, and payments.
- Traveling across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and outstation visits whenever required.
Qualification:
- ITI Electrician OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Fresher or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic instruments preferred.
Candidate Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Two-wheeler driving preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
