Truedesign Apparels is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our garment manufacturing unit. The role requires strong expertise in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll support, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, supervisors, and factory workforce.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local networks.
- Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and complete joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Support monthly payroll processing and salary administration.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
Performance Management
- Coordinate employee appraisals and probation reviews.
- Track performance metrics and support incentive programs.
- Assist in implementing performance improvement plans where required.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
- Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage separation formalities.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Organize skill development and employee training programs.
- Maintain training records and track employee growth initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 - 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, PF, ESI, and labor compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
