Key Responsibilities
Customer Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after sales closure
- Share updates related to payments, documentation, and project progress
- Maintain strong and professional customer relationships
Post Sales Operations
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Registry and Operations teams
- Ensure smooth processing of agreements and customer documentation
- Track pending requests and ensure timely resolution
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
- Provide accurate information and timely assistance
- Manage follow-ups and escalation cases when required
Reporting
- Track customer interactions and payment status
- Prepare basic reports and follow-up updates
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Post Sales / Customer Relations
- Experience in Real Estate or Service Industry preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
