Job Description: Assessment & Documentation Executive
Role Overview
The Assessment & Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing academic assessment processes, preparing question papers (QP), compiling previous year question papers (PYQ), overseeing copy checking, and handling Excel-based documentation and reporting. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in academic workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Question Paper Preparation (QP):
- Draft, format, and finalize question papers for internal examinations.
- Previous Year Question Papers (PYQ):
- Collect, organize, and maintain a digital archive of PYQs.
- Copy Checking & Evaluation:
- Answer script evaluation.
- Maintain records of marks and re-checking requests.
- Excel & Documentation Work:
- Create and manage structured Excel sheets for student data, exam schedules, and results.
- Apply filters, color coding, and conditional formatting for clarity.
- Generate compliance-ready reports for academic and HR purposes.
- Compliance & Record Management:
- Ensure documentation meets institutional and regulatory standards (CBSE/ISC/University norms).
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in student and staff records.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and digital documentation tools.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle bilingual documentation (English + regional language preferred).
- Familiarity with academic workflows, exam regulations, and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science.
- Prior experience in exam management, documentation preferred.

Salary -
Experienced: up to 15k per month in hand
Duty Hour : 9 hours per day
Tuesday to Sunday : 12 – 9 PM
Monday is Off.
