Job Summary
The Manager on Duty (MOD) oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning of services, staff coordination, patient satisfaction, and compliance with hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day hospital operations and patient flow
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and support teams
- Address operational, staff, and patient concerns promptly
- Act as point of contact during emergencies and incidents
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and infection control standards
- Maintain shift reports and escalate issues to management
Qualification:
Experience:
1-2yrs of mod experience is preferred.
