About the Role
Ventureheap is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and expand our digital marketing business. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with startups, SMEs, local businesses, and corporate clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, both online and offline.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close new business deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
