Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processing of Home Loan & Mortgage files.
- Collect, verify, and organize customer documents.
- Coordinate with customers for pending documents and application updates.
- Login loan files with banks and financial institutions.
- Track application status and ensure timely follow-up until disbursement.
- Maintain regular communication with bank officials and customers.
- Update customer records in CRM and maintain accurate MIS reports.
- Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with banking requirements.
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams and banking partners.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Home Loan, Mortgage, Finance, Sales Support, or Operations will be given preference.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
