Job Profile/Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites and web applications that are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement attractive and functional design.
Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools as needed.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Experience with frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue (for frontend) OR Node.js, Django, or Laravel (for backend).
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
Basic understanding of SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or Vercel.
