Role Purpose
Core responsibilities for this role :
- In-room conferencing support activities including aiding business users with common video conferencing technical problems and questions
- Coordinating with on-site support representatives to replacement of hardware when needed
- Coordinate periodic testing, validation, and inventory activities for in-room conferencing technology
- Maintain a working knowledge of call flows and conferencing technology architecture
- Management of multi ring software deployments, including test, QA and production including:
o Video Conferencing endpoints
o Microsoft Teams updates for Microsoft Teams Rooms
o Endpoint Firmware Updates
