Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, React, and workflow automation platforms such as Camunda and n8n. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise applications, microservices-based architectures, and workflow-driven systems. Exposure to AI/GenAI integration is highly desirable.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.
- Build robust backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React (or Angular).
Workflow Automation
- Design and implement business workflows using Camunda and n8n.
- Integrate workflow engines with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Optimize and enhance existing workflow processes for efficiency and scalability.
Integration & Backend Services
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with messaging systems such as Kafka or similar event-driven architectures.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and external systems.
DevOps & Deployment
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases and environment management.
AI / GenAI Integration
- Integrate LLM-based solutions into enterprise applications.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques for improving AI responses and automation.
- Work with agent-based frameworks and AI-driven workflows where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- React (or Angular)
- Camunda workflow engine
- Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience with Kafka or messaging systems.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
AI / Emerging Tech Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with LLM integration in applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
- Exposure to AI agent frameworks and GenAI-based solutions.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Assertive, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in teams.
- Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, agile environments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
