Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Health Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients regarding health and diet plans and converting leads into successful sales. Company-generated leads will be provided for follow-up and consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads.
- Understand customers’ health concerns and suggest suitable diet and wellness plans.
- Explain the benefits of health programs and diet plans to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and sales updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of health, nutrition, and wellness.
- Sales-oriented approach with target achievement capability.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good interpersonal and counseling skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any field.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or health consultation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lalghati, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
