Chocolate Production Manager – Kunafa Chocolates
Location: Kolkata, India
Mochan Foods is looking for an experienced Chocolate Production Manager to lead the production of Kunafa Chocolates and other premium confectionery products at our Kolkata facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily chocolate production operations.
* Develop and improve Kunafa chocolate recipes.
* Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
* Supervise production staff and factory operations.
* Optimize production efficiency and reduce wastage.
* Coordinate raw material and inventory requirements.
Requirements:
* 3–5+ years of experience in chocolate/confectionery manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and production processes.
* Experience in premium or specialty chocolates preferred.
* Leadership and team management skills.
