We are looking for a highly presentable, confident, and professional Client Relations & Business Development Executive . who will act as the first point of contact for high profile clients, investors, CXOs, business owners, industrialists and senior decision makers. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting Bhumex land opportunities, nurturing relationships, scheduling meetings and coordinating interactions between prospective buyers/investors and the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
● Interact professionally with CEOs, Directors, Founders, Investors, Industrialists and senior corporate executives.
● Understand client requirements related to land acquisition, industrial expansion, warehousing, logistics parks, manufacturing facilities and investment opportunities.
● Introduce and present Bhumex Infra's land portfolio and available opportunities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
● Handle inbound and outbound client communication via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and meetings.
Business Development Support
● Identify potential clients, investors, corporate buyers and industrial prospects.
● Qualify leads and gather detailed information regarding land requirements.
● Schedule meetings with senior management, VP, and business heads.
● Coordinate site visits and office meetings for interested prospects.
● Maintain an updated database of prospects and client interactions.
Requirements
● Excellent communication skills in: English,Tamil,Hindi
● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
● Confident in interacting with senior corporate executives and high-net-worth individuals. ● Professional appearance and executive presence.
● Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
● Ability to represent the company at meetings, conferences and business events.
● Comfortable with frequent client interactions and business networking
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
MBA / PGDM / Hospitality Management (Preferred)
Experience
3 to 8 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Business Development , Hospitality Management ,Aviation Customer Relations, Corporate Sales, Premium Real Estate Sales
