Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (ERPNext) who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge, hands-on ERP exposure, and the ability to work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Understand current business processes and workflows across departments
Analyze client requirements and identify suitable ERPNext solutions
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth implementation
Prepare detailed requirement gathering and scope documentation
Conduct product demos, user training sessions, and provide best practice guidance
Identify system gaps, report issues to the development team, and validate fixes
Ensure solutions meet client requirements and expectations
Provide post-Go-Live support and improve operational efficiency
Act as a functional consultant for ERPNext modules
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge in Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting modules
Hands-on experience with ERPNext is mandatory
Experience with other ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc. is an added advantage
Proven experience in a project delivery or implementation role
Excellent communication skills to interact with global stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to conduct training sessions and client interactions confidently
Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
Experience Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / ERP Functional Consultant
Prior experience in ERP implementation projects is highly preferred

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
