Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and market share targets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners within the assigned territory.
- Drive secondary sales through effective retailer engagement and market development activities.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen retailer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Track sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to improve territory growth.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration across the territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Resolve channel partner concerns and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- BBA or MBA preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Territory Sales, or Distribution Management.
- Experience in Telecom or Mobile Handset Industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of distributor, dealer, and retail sales networks.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market coverage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
