Job Description: IT Trainer
Project: Aditya Birla Skill Center (ABSC) – Kuppam
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver immersive training using AR/VR-enabled classrooms for IT and emerging technologies.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, simulations, and practical demonstrations.
- Assess trainee performance and maintain attendance, assessments, and MIS reports.
- Support learners with digital literacy, employability skills, and career readiness.
- Coordinate with center staff to ensure smooth technology-enabled training delivery.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Prior experience as an IT / Emerging Tech Trainer preferred.
- Comfortable handling AR/VR tools and digital learning platforms.
- Proficient in Telugu and English (mandatory).
- Passionate about skill development and training youth in rural/semi-urban locations.
