Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and market research.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and sales pitches that address specific client needs and pain points.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate contract terms and pricing, and close sales deals in alignment with company goals.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Ability to conduct both virtual and in-person presentations.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to meet tight deadlines and targets.
Success Criteria
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score in post-sale surveys.
- Increase the total client portfolio by a defined percentage annually.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Palakkad District, Kerala
