We are looking for a Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience and excellent English communication skills to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, explaining our services, and following up on inquiries in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate effectively with prospective customers.
- Explain company services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling/Customer Support/Sales.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude.
