Job Summary:
The quality in charge is responsible for ensuring that product quality standards are maintained at every stage of the assigned footwear manufacturing process. This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and improving quality systems to ensure defect-free production and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Quality Control
- Monitor quality in the assigned production stage (e.g., cutting, stitching, molding, finishing, packing).
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct in-line and end-line inspections.
2. Defect Identification & Control
- Identify defects and categorize them (major, minor, critical).
- Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain defect records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI
- Relevant experience in footwear manufacturing or similar industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
