Role: Tech Support Intern
Location: Bangalore
Duration: 3-6 months
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Support Intern to join our technology team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in SQL, logical reasoning, and technical troubleshooting who want hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to investigate issues, analyze data, support API-related activities, and contribute to effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving technical support tickets and troubleshooting application issues.
- Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
- Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to resolve reported issues.
- Analyze API requests, responses, and logs to identify errors.
- Utilize browser developer tools (Network and Console) for debugging and issue investigation.
- Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting processes.
Required Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, BCA, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of SQL, including joins, aggregations, and filtering.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests/responses, and common error codes.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
