Work on updated and redesigned Fixed Assets (FA) processes to ensure alignment with accounting standards and internal controls.
Support implementation and stabilization of FA process improvements.
Assist in the Labor Capitalization Project in collaboration with external consultants.
Validate capitalization entries related to labor costs in compliance with accounting policies.
Coordinate with HR, Project Management, and Finance teams to ensure accurate allocation and capitalization of costs.
Perform reconciliations related to fixed assets and capitalized labor.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for capitalization methodology.
Support month-end and year-end FA reporting requirements.
Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency within FA operations.
