Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Brand and Content Lead to spearhead brand and content initiatives on behalf of our client. This role is suited for professionals with around 5 years of experience who can take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution while driving measurable impact across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Convert brand objectives into structured content plans, campaigns, and execution roadmaps
- Plan and drive campaigns across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, Events, and other channels
- Lead event-driven content initiatives (pre-event, live, and post-event engagement)
Content Development & Ideation
- Conceptualize and create engaging content across formats such as social media posts, carousels, newsletters, and videos
- Collaborate with design teams while also handling quick-turnaround content creation
- Identify and act on real-time content and engagement opportunities
Platform Ownership & Distribution
- Oversee content publishing across all digital platforms
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging
- Strengthen digital presence through structured and engaging content delivery
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders
- Gather inputs, insights, and updates to drive relevant content
- Manage regular marketing workflows and execution cycles
Performance & Optimization
- Track campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies
- Continuously optimize campaigns through testing and iteration
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Content, or Social Media
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and content strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and timelines
- Hands-on approach with both strategic planning and execution
- Should be able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time, 6 days

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
