Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven BDE to drive our international sales efforts. The role involves identifying global business opportunities, engaging with clients, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities
- Generate leads through online platforms, databases, and outbound outreach
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into orders
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from inquiry to closure
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn sales and international business
- Confidence in client interaction and outreach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
