Roles and Responsibilities:
Description: Responsibilities may include manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products.
Essential Responsibilities

Support with data analytics & visualization for local and global teams
- Maintain dashboards for probes

Monitoring supplier performance for Quality, Cost & Delivery.

Co-ordination with Global team & local team for executing sourcing actions.

Identify funnels, opportunities for localization/transfer .

RFQ/RFP with supplier and Total cost of ownership analysis.
-
Price analysis with costed BOMs .
-
Support Negotiations for productivity.
-
Participation in VA/VE with Engg. for better cost out.

Support for Vitality Analysis for PWA.
-
Support in implementing engineering changes at supplier and manufacturing site .

Analyse costed bill of materials of products
-
Support with onboarding new supplier via discussion

Support with for Disruptive cost workout with supplier /data analytics

Co-ordinate with Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Materials, Engineering for sourcing actions

Soft Skills -Good Communicative skills both verbal & written preferably in English

Advance knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Power BI

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Medical Electronics / Bio Medical / Telecom / Instrumentation from accredited institution
