About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will assist in architectural design, preparation of drawings, site coordination, authority approvals, and project execution activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Develop concepts, layouts, and design proposals as per project requirements.
- Assist in project planning, design development, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Follow up with government authorities such as PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, and other approval agencies.
- Prepare area statements, feasibility studies, and project reports.
- Assist in quantity estimation and material coordination.
- Ensure adherence to building regulations, development control rules, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other 3D visualization software is preferred.
- Understanding of building construction and architectural detailing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
