Roles & Responsibilities:
- Study the project and target audience thoroughly.
- Craft brand guidelines and adhere to them religiously.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Ideate and conceptualize visuals/graphics/videos based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop and execute illustrations, logos, videos, creatives and marketing collaterals using software.
- Work with copywriters, creative directors, and social media teams to produce final design.
- Creative thinking and designing across all projects is a must.
- Make consistent design revisions based on internal review and client feedback.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
- Prior experience with 2D animation Photoshop, Illustrator, After Affects (Adobe Creative Cloud), Premier Pro and Canva.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
