Job Overview
House Banao is looking for an energetic and growth-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand and strengthen its business and partner network. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, consultants, and referral associates while identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the company’s growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, skilled at relationship-building, and eager to grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, brokers, consultants, and referral associates
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with business partners
- Generate and manage leads through partner and referral networks
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handling and project execution
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups with partners and prospective associates
- Maintain records of leads, partner interactions, and business progress
- Keep channel partners updated about company offerings, pricing, and promotional activities
- Support company growth through networking and market outreach activities
- Visit partners, attend meetings, and explore business opportunities within the assigned territory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities
- Basic understanding of sales, partnerships, or business development
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply
- Comfortable with local travel and field meetings as required
