Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Monday
Job Summary
Miracle World Real Estate LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and possess strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through data calling, site visits, client follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct data calling and follow up with prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Maintain and update customer data and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth sales processes.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of deals.
- Maintain detailed feedback and customer interactions in the CRM.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Experience in site visits, lead generation, and property sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
